Well marbled Australian PRS quality beef comes to us chilled, not frozen. We don’t freeze it either. After we trim the beef, we hand marinate it to rub in more flavor and tenderize it further. I wish I could think of something funny to say about these but this is serious stuff.
Month won't pass without visiting my favorite Western kopitiam to order Medium Done Rib Eye Steak. This is the best rib eye steak I had so far, and yet very cheap. Not to mention, the friendliness of the staffs - mostly Pinoys oh well kasi we were trained to provide high quality service. Lagi kong line, "HP sauce please". =)
